Short run or high volume, our EDM Center contains the power, precision, and production capacity to deliver consistent quality and satisfaction to you, with tolerances routinely held within .0001 and repeatability within .000050.
Both wire and conventional CNC (Die Sink) machines in the EDM Center produce tight tolerances, improved surface finishes (compared to grinding), and complex geometry required by today's competitive marketplace. For demanding micro machining we are capable of producing slots down to .0016" wide and .0008" radii, and thru holes as small as .0008" - .001".
